Covid – 19 update from KVC


In an ever changing situation, KVC is doing its best to protect our patients, clients and staff. At this time, we will be changing our protocol to curbside appointments only. This is an effort to minimize as few individuals within the clinic as possible. When you arrive for your appointment, please call the clinic number, or our new additional phone line number: 830-285-3032. A member of our team will be out shortly to retrieve your pet and take down any concerns or questions you may have. Any results, testing, imaging or discharge instructions will be discussed with you by the doctor either by phone or in person at your vehicle. After completion of the appointment, payment can be done over the phone or taken by a technician. Also, if you are arriving to pick up your pet, please call from your vehicle and we will bring them out to you

For medication and food orders please place them over the phone or online at our website. One of our staff will call you once the medication has been filled for payment and instructions for pick up curbside. For any other questions please call the clinic at 830-895-5533 or 830-285-3032 (if busy).

Unfortunately, due to the “essential services only” order for all of Texas, we will be closing down our boarding and grooming kennel until we can determine it is safe to re-open. We will not be having any staff come in during this time, but if you have questions, you can call Patti at 830-285-6144.

Additionally, we will be closing our vet clinic from 12-1pm each weekday, to better allow our staff to take lunches while maintaining better social distancing. If you have an emergency during this time, our answering service will still be available to receive your call and transfer you to a doctor for assistance.
